ThriveCart and Stripe are both tools to help you collect payments and convert leads to customers, but which is the better choice for you?
Before we get started, I wanted to give you an overview of both platforms.
Stripe is a payment processor while ThriveCart is an order form builder, so they are slightly different but are focused on the same end-goal!
Here's What We'll Cover...
What is ThriveCart?
ThriveCart is a shopping cart platform created by Josh Bartlett in 2016.

Currently, it’s a pre-launch and only available via a lifetime deal, but it’s an awesome tool that you should consider using for your business!
It integrates with every tool I’ve needed – whether it’s an autoresponder, Zapier, or landing page builder you should be covered.
What is Stripe?
Stripe is a payment processor used by ThriveCart, but it isn’t necessarily an order form or sales page builder.

They’re a well-known company that specializes in collecting payments (typically through credit cards) so their partners can get paid easily and correctly!
A lot of mainstream websites use Stripe to collect payments, but it’s not nearly as powerful as a platform such as ThriveCart for optimizing pages for conversions.
Main differences between ThriveCart and Stripe
As I just said, the primary difference between ThriveCart and Stripe is one specializes in being a platform to design order forms and sales pages, while the other specializes in collecting payments.
One of the main reasons ThriveCart is great is because it uses Stripe as a way to collect payments, but still can be custom designed to your liking!
When you combine the power of two tools like this, the results can be fruitful.
Which has better features?
For this section, I’d have to say ThriveCart since Stripe integrates directly with them!
While Stripe is an extremely innovative platform, ThriveCart takes their power and improves upon it so you can fully customize the checkout process for your business.
Being able to create customized order forms is a game-changer, which is why I give ThriveCart the upper hand.
Is ThriveCart or Stripe more cost effective?
ThriveCart currently has a lifetime deal which costs only a few hundred dollars, instead of having to pay monthly like similar platforms.
Stripe operates differently, where you have to pay a percentage of each sale and then a processing fee. With that said, it’s reasonably priced for how simple they make everything for their customers!
So Stripe is definitely more cost effective at face value, but once you understand how much return on investment an optimized shopping cart can bring, it’s a no-brainer to pick up ThriveCart and run with it.
The opportunity cost makes it a much better choice in my eyes.
Should you choose ThriveCart or Stripe?
If you are serious about starting your online business or moving your business online, ThriveCart is a complete game changer.
Not only do they integrate with Stripe, PayPal, and other tools – but they give you the functionality to do much more than that!

ThriveCart
ThriveCart is the best shopping cart platform I’ve ever used, hands down!
If you haven’t invested in ThriveCart yet, I’d highly recommend taking advantage of their lifetime deal since it will be going away very soon! It’ll save you a ton of money in the long run with this special offer I negotiated for our readers…
