Choosing the right checkout and funnel builder software can be pretty hard.
This is because they all have similar features which can get overwhelming at first.
Two of these platforms you should be taking a look at are ThriveCart and Zaxaa, as they both offer great features and pricing plans.

As mentioned earlier, ThriveCart has some extremely powerful shopping cart features, some of the best on the market.
With ThriveCart’s checkouts converting customers is much easier due to the amount of customization and features it offers.
Here’s a list of features that ThriveCart has to offer:
- 1 Click order bumps
- 1 Click upsells/downsells
- Embeddable Cart
- Funnel builder & Templates
- Split-testing
- Affiliate Center

- Product upgrades
- Automatic receipts
- Retargeting
- Digital sales tax calculator
- Subscription management
- Secure URLs
- Advanced Trials (for example $1 trials)
- Unlimited Carts
- Video carts
Breaking down each individual feature would be a little too long for this article, but let’s break down the main categories of the features.
- Comprehensive Checkouts & Funnel Builder
ThriveCart comes with comprehensive checkout features such as order bumps, one-click upsells, and one-click downsells.
The checkouts are also fully-customizable. ThriveCart also comes with a visual sales funnel builder, so you will find it easy to build your high-converting sales funnels.
You can also take the carts you create in ThriveCart and embed them into any page.
- Affiliate Management, Coupons & Discount URLs
ThriveCart comes with some of the best features for affiliate management. For example, you have the ability to let your affiliates add automatic bonuses to their URLs and there are also instant affiliate payments available.
You can also apply coupons to affiliates which is cool too.
Another feature ThriveCart has which many of its competitors don’t, are URLs that have a discount attached to them, this can work great for promotional email marketing campaigns.
ThriveCart also lets you offer advanced trials such as X days for $1 which is always nice too.
- Calculations, Analytics & Predictions
Another great part of ThriveCart is the calculations, analytics, and predictions that it provides.
ThriveCart will help you with automatic sales tax calculations which will help you save a lot of time. It also comes with advanced analytics to help you find out what exactly is converting well, as well as predicted sales calculations which can always be helpful too.
- Integrations
Lastly, ThriveCart also directly integrates with many autoresponders, membership site platforms, e-commerce platforms, and other pieces of software.
Zaxaa Best Features
Now, that we have taken a look at ThriveCart, let’s see what Zaxaa has to offer.
Here’s a list of the features inside of Zaxaa:
Checkout features:
- 1 click upsell
- 1 click downsell
- 1 click order bumps
- Recurring payments (and one-time)
- Coupons/Discounts
- Advanced Trials
Zaxaa does get the checkout features quite well too, as you can see in the list above. One thing you should note though is that the customization is not quite as advanced with ThriveCart and that you can’t embed the checkouts into other pages.
This means if you ever wanted to stop using Zaxaa, your cart would be locked into Zaxaa.
Zaxaa also comes with affiliate management features, including instant payouts.
Memberships:
- Zaxaa WordPress Membership Plugin
- 1 Click login for members
- Drip-feed content
- Secure your content
- Upsell inside of memberships
- 3rd Party membership site integration
Email Marketing:
- Unlimited Email Sequences
- Unlimited Broadcast
- Tags and segments based on behavior
- Create Forms
As you can see, Zaxaa does offer a lot of features and is somewhat of an all-in-one platform.
The only thing you should note is to run a membership site on WordPress, you are going to need a premium hosting solution which will usually cost you at least $30 per month (if you want to use the membership site plugin).
Also if you were to get an individual piece of software for each of the purposes Zaxaa offers, you would usually get some advanced features too. The Zaxaa features only covers everything you need, not really the advanced stuff.
That being said, they do that pretty well.
ThriveCart Pricing
For now, ThriveCart has two main pricing options.
The reason I say for now is that ThriveCart hasn’t actually launched yet, so the pricing plans are lifetime one-time fees as of right now.
However, that will change in the future and they will be switching to a similar pricing model to Zaxaa and other SaaS tools between $99 per month and $399 per month.
The lifetime options available at the moment are:
Features which are only in ThriveCart Pro include:
- Affiliate Center
- Subscription Saver Functionality
- Automatic Sales Tax Calculator
- Intelligent business projections
- JV Contracts
- Advanced User Management
- Client Usage rights
- Custom domain name functionality
If you do decide to go for ThriveCart, I recommend considering the pro version, as it will save you a lot of time, and purchasing all those features separately would usually cost you quite a few additional monthly subscriptions.
On the flip side, you can get them for a lifetime here, so definitely take that into consideration.
Zaxaa Pricing
Zaxaa has two pricing plans too, but they are monthly subscriptions.
- Premium Automation $77 Per Month
- Ultimate Automation $99 Per Month
These are the pricing plans for 30,000 contacts which is plenty, but if you need more you can read more on their website.
The main difference between the two Zaxaa pricing plans is that the “Ultimate Automation plan” comes with the email marketing features we spoke about earlier.
One thing that I must say about Zaxaa is that I like the contact limit compared to some of their competitors, as the contact limits on some of their competitors are significantly lower.
Should You Go With ThriveCart or Zaxaa?
Both Zaxaa and ThriveCart are great at what they do.
ThriveCart offers the most advanced checkout features for a ridiculously low price, at least while it’s on pre-launch pricing.
Zaxaa, on the other hand, offers marketers an all-in-one suite which has some great features for:
- Email marketing
- Membership sites (although you will need a separate WordPress site)
- Sales Funnels
You can get access to all of these features for $99 per month and your contact allowance will be up to 30,000.
However, ThriveCart is offering a lifetime option right now for just $495 or $695 depending on the plan you choose.
This means, if you were to go with Zaxaa, after 7-10 months you would have paid as much as for the lifetime option of ThriveCart.
Considering this I think the overall winner is ThriveCart.
Don’t get me wrong, Zaxaa can be a great option too.
ThriveCart
ThriveCart is the best shopping cart platform I’ve ever used, hands down!
If you haven’t invested in ThriveCart yet, I’d highly recommend taking advantage of their lifetime deal since it will be going away very soon! It’ll save you a ton of money in the long run with this special offer I negotiated for our readers…
