Free is obviously free, Pro is $69/year and Premium is $99/year! This is rather affordable compared to ThriveCart in the short term, even when considering web hosting fees.
All in all, both are reasonably priced for what you receive but I love purchasing lifetime access to an softwares I’ll use for years to come, so I’d have to go with ThriveCart in this category!
